4. Booking and Payment

• Consultation Bookings: You may book consultations online through our platform for specified time slots. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
• Payment: Payment for services must be made in advance at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and online banking. Payment gateway fees, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Policy

• Online Consultations: No refunds will be provided for completed sessions. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us, and we will review your case.
• Physical Pooja Bookings: Once the priest has been booked and preparations have been made, no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please inform us 48 hours before the scheduled pooja.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment or the Jotishwala Wallet, which can be used for future services.

6. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
• Respectful Conduct: When interacting with our experts or customer support, users are expected to maintain respectful communication. Abusive, offensive, or disrespectful behavior will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jotishwala provides spiritual, astrological  guidance based on ancient traditions and practices. However, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of the consultations. Jotishwala is not liable for any:

• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Decisions made by users based on the advice provided during consultations.
• Issues related to technical failures, payment gateway errors, or service disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, on Jotishwala is the intellectual property of Softech Coderz IT Solutions unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without our explicit written consent.
