Refund & Cancellations Policy

At Jotishwala, we strive to provide the best spiritual and astrological services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed for various services offered on our platform.

1. Online Consultations (Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Vastu)

  • No Refunds on Completed Sessions: Due to the personalized nature of our consultations, we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. This includes services like Tarot readings, Numerology, Astrology consultations, Vastu consultations.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your online session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to reschedule your session to a suitable time.
  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Pooja Path Booking (Online and Physical)

  • Online Pooja Sessions: Online Pooja sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Physical Pooja Bookings: Once a Pooja has been booked for an in-person event, preparations begin immediately, and no refunds will be issued. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

3. Refund Processing

  • Mode of Refund: All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) or credited to your Jotishwala Wallet, which can be used for future services on the platform.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. However, the timeline may vary depending on your payment provider or bank policies.

4. Dissatisfaction with Service

  • Service Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service received, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed session at support@jotishwala.com. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or a complementary session, depending on the circumstances.
  • Feedback: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues or have concerns about a session, we encourage you to provide feedback so we can continuously improve our services.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
  • Cancellations made after the specified cancellation windows.
  • Refund requests based on expectations of future predictions or outcomes from spiritual consultations.
  • Refunds for services that have already been completed or delivered as promised.
